(For women everywhere and the remarkable men who support us!)

You are indeed a phenomenal woman! No one can take this away from you. Only you can choose to give it away. Believe it! Claim It! Own it! Embrace it!

I’m sure there are well known women whom you hold in high regard. Maybe you see them as role models. Some names might include Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Margaret Thatcher, Harriett Tubman, Nancy Pelosi, Shirley Chisholm, Mae Jamison, Angela Davis, Shirley Jackson, Kamala Harris, Malala Yousafzai, Taylor Swift, Angela Merkel, Maxine Waters, Maya Angelou, or Beyoncé Knowles. However, I’d like to make it more personal. How about your great-great grandmother, your grandmother, your great aunt, your aunt, your mother, your teacher that inspired you, your coach that believed in you, your friend who listened and cried with you and celebrated you, and how about you? Yes, YOU – amazing, beautiful, courageous YOU!

I want to take a moment to remind you of how uniquely extraordinary you are. I want to celebrate the wonderful woman that inspires, nurtures, and touches the lives of many with her determination to be the best “she” you can be. There is no doubt, no “I can’t”, and no “I’m not good enough” in your being. Today you accept, believe, and claim your greatness. I am WOMAN!

Wise and juggling the many demands to assure all around you support your journey to greatness. Your intuition steers you. You trust it to lead you. You are WISDOM!

Organized and thoughtful assuring those who depend on you know that you are there for them because you know how to take care of you first. You can see and feel what others dismiss and act with intention. You are OBSERVANT!

Motivating and inspiring to others. You carry yourself with confidence and joy splashes on all who acknowledge and respect you. You are MAGICAL!

Authentic and self-assured knowing who you are, what you want and ready to live your life to the fullest. Your energy and enthusiasm are contagious. There is nothing you cannot accomplish abundantly. You are fearlessly AWESOME!

Nurturing and loving, sharing and teaching, giving and accepting unconditionally without judgment are guideposts that frame the example of how to live your best life. You are NOTABLE!
